Limited parking lot! Only 3 available! Poor wifi internet connection! No housekeeping cleaning for 2nd stays. Toilet roll & tissues left few pieces only upon check in first day.

Terrible and Horrible staying experience.

If u seriously planning to stay in GT, I would say no no to this hotel, reason below: 1> I was rejected to the face of check in to my room unless i pay extra (early check in). I was there past 12pm. 2> The room, uneven floor, dirty floor. 3> Cracked mug, and loose switch. 4> Stains on sofa and bed, hair found on bed cover also. 5> Toilet, bathtub makes lots of noise when u sit on it, like it is gonna break any time, I end up standing on the side to finished my shower. 6> The Neighbour is like having whole day till night party , loud noise from their room. A Big No No for returning to this hotel, many people also complaints about its inroom facility and the staff. I should have spend some times before i decided on this room. Times Square is totally out of business for long.

Pleasant stay and friendly staff

Very pleasant stay with friendly and helpful staff, ‘pay pay’, who is a female staff. Restaurant, shopping mall Komtar is located closely by feet. A 24 hours McDonald is also nearby. If I visit Penang again, I will stay in this hote again. ^. ^

I booked the deluxe suite. however, in the pictures, it actually showing 3 different configurations of deluxe suite. 102, 202 and 302. only 302 is the big room with the bookshelf and both standing and bathtub. room 102 is the mirror room where there is a lot of mirrors and only a bathtub to bath and you need to stand inside the bathtub to bath. those pictures are misleading, but the frontdesk staffs are very patient and accommodating. room 302 is being taken by another guest for my first night, so they switched us from 102 to 302 on the 2nd night. there are stains on bedsheet, and several insects like lizard, mosquitoes and ants. the equipments are old and the room are dusty at several corners. It is really hard to believe that this is a new hotel that was launched last year due to its "less than prime" condition. But aside from the physical conditions, the people are very nice and the service and response is very good. what you get is what you pay for.

Everything just nice

Big and comfy bed, full windows that caused a bit hot when waiting for air cond startup, no provide breakfast but restaurants and market street are just 2 mins walk away.
