This was the 4th time that I have stayed at the hotel and it is just as fantastic on each occasion. The staff are lovely, the rooms are great and the restaurant food is superb. I have to give a special mention to Agatha who is such a lovely and friendly lady. Always has a smile on her face and made me feel very welcome. Enjoy your retirement Agatha!!

We had an amazing stay. We were there for two weeks and felt right at home. The owners and staff are so nice. We commented over and over that these were the nicest people we had ever met. They gave us great recommendations and really cared that we enjoyed our stay with them. We couldn’t recommend the Hotel Zuid highly enough!

The staff was super friendly but this hotel needs more staff. It’s one person doing everything, check in, waiter and room service. The tv wasn’t working, i waited 30 minutes for the waiter to pass by and fix it for us. After he fixed it, it stopped working again (antenna wasn’t connecting). I didn’t want to call him again because i knew he was the only one running the entire place. So I had a hotel room without a working tv. There’s no parking if you arrive after 9:30pm. Rooms are super small but good if you just need a bed and shower. It’s clean and quiet. Perfect for a goodnight rest :)

I had booked 2 rooms already 6 weeks ago and have had several confirmations and e-mails etc. And when I came there they said that there were some overbooking problems because a group came. They sent us to another hotel which was far more expensive. They told us that the parking was for free, but it cost me €25 and the dinner was so expensive that it was a shame!

Nice stay an hour from Brussels Airport

This was a very short stay before fetching my wife at Brussels Airport the next morning. I had to fix some urgent issues as soon as I arrived so I did not have much time for other things. The parking was spacious and safe. The hotel was nice and tidy. The people working there was friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom was nice and clean. Alltogether a pleasant surprise. I would definitely chose the same hotel in the future.

It was very good but only the bathroom wasn’t amazing. The water of the rainshower was going all over the place so not ideal to keep the bathroom tidy. This was the only remark as all the other things were good.

Prima schone kamer, goed bed. Alleen miste ik een waterkoker op de kamer. (Stond wel in beschrijving) Er staat wel een koffieapparaat maar als je geen koffie drinkt heb je daar niets aan. Wat ook prettig zou zijn is een klein koelkastje op de kamer. Verder heel tevreden!

Het personeel was erg aardig en behulpzaam. De kamer was erg schoon op een paar dingetjes na. Alleen jammer dat het twee eenpersoonsbedden aan elkaar waren in plaats van een tweepersoonsbed. We hebben erg genoten van ons verblijf!
