Gail, the innkeeper, made us feel very welcome. She was very nice and very informative. The breakfast was great. The room was big and quiet. We like the stand alone shower. Great stay. Great location. We enjoyed Geneseo and Gail helped us with that.
I've been staying with Gail at Temple for years now. She has never disappointed. One feels as though you are an invited guest in her home....a welcome friend. I couldn't recommend it more.
We stayed two nights while visiting the Finger Lakes and Letchworth State Park. The room was spacious and well appointed. We took advantage of the swimming pool at the end of each day and enjoyed it immensely. The breakfasts were delicious, creative and filling. And Gail gave us good sightseeing and dining advice. Highly recommended.
This is a wonderful place to stay in Geneseo - we would highly recommend it. Gail, the owner, is very friendly and helpful with suggestions and maps for things to do in the area. The spacious home is beautiful and it was great to see old postcards of the house when it was a school. There are lots of sitting areas for the guests to enjoy, including a lovely pool surrounded by gardens. Breakfast was great - fresh muffins, fruit salad, a frittata. We definitely hope to get back here soon. Thanks again for your wonderful hospitality, Gail!
My daughter and I were on a college visit. Wee had a great time at our first visit to a bed and breakfast. Gail was a wonderful hostess and her breakfast was delicious! The rose room was so comfortable and the private bathroom was terrific! We would definitely stay there again! Thanks for a great stay! Tricia & Susan
Gail and Mary White were excellent hosts. They made us feel so comfortable in their beautiful B&B. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious!!

Very good B&B with beautiful grounds and outdoor pool
Very good B&B well located across from park. House features nice outdoor seating area and use of inground swimming pool. Breakfast was very good and house also has complimentary beverages.
Charming B&B, wonderful house & breakfast overall!
I have stayed at Temple HIll a few times, and it never disappoints. This is a large, lovely, spacious home with beautifully appointed spacious rooms. The breakfast was also delicious. The owner, Gail, is super nice and helpful. It is about a 15 minute walk down the hill to the village of Geneseo. Located on a quiet street.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Stepping Stone to Letchworth State Park
This former boys' highschool is a stately building across from the cemetary and amidst mature trees. It is a bit 'lived in' and in need of some interior paint and general maintenance. The B&B houses a cat and a dog. Church bells chime on the hour and half hour which may disrupt sleep. Shampoo is a large bottle used by previous guests. That's kind of gross considering you never know what another guest may do. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a bit flat and worn. Breakfast was decent, wifi included and charging station in the room.
Homeowner is kind. DVD movies are available. The grounds are well maintained, but the pool was in need of cleaning. Overall, a good experience, but certainly not great. About 10 minutes to Letchworth State Park makes it convenient.
The B & B is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The owner makes all the guests feel very much at home, provides a delicious homemade breakfast, and is a wonderful resource for information about Geneseo and the surrounding areas!
This was our second stay at Temple Hill and we look forward to returning again soon. Temple Hill has a very cozy and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with large private bathrooms. Temple Hill is conveniently located to Main Street and SUNY Geneseo. The grounds are beautiful and have a secluded feel with the mature trees. Gail and Mary provide a welcoming and delicious breakfast each morning. They also have great recommendations for dinner reservations and area attractions. Tina M.
Gail, our host, was very helpful with info about the area and restaurant recommendations. We very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.
Quiet, comfortable, cozy. A beautiful place to stay in a quaint little town. Gail who runs the Inn is
very friendly and makes wonderful breakfasts!! The Inn is beautiful and very roomy.
My stay was lovely, and the service was wonderful! The B&B is in a beautiful historic property. The proprietress was very accommodating of my late arrival and early departure and even had a sit down breakfast ready for me earlier than normal so that I would be fed before my flight out of Rochester. She recommended a great place to eat in town and made me feel very comfortable during a hectic work trip. Would certainly stay here again.
Thank you Gail, and Mary. We really enjoyed your place. The bed was very comfortable and the room was large and peaceful. I highly recommend staying here, and enjoying Gail, and Mary's company. The grounds are also wonderful.
We had the pleasure of saying at Temple Hill in quaint Geneseo for a weekend with family. The owners were friendly and accommodating, and our room was inviting and comfortable. Our family would certainly recommend this comfortable gem with any traveler fortunate enough to visit Geneseo, New York.
