「Had an overnight stay with my kids and I was pleasantly surprised. We stayed in room 307, first thing I noticed was the carpet was clean as if a new one had been put in not long ago. The sofa cushions could have been cleaner but that's my only complaint because the sofa bed portion was fine. It was nice to have a warm breakfast tho continental bites were offered as well. ...And the staff were all so friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.」

「The reception service at Carmocha restaurant is poor. They do not inform customers of available meal times in a timely manner, which not only causes waiting time but also results in poor service. It's terrible!」

「We loved everything about this property. The room was especially large and there were lots of activites available, ie. cornhole, jenga, pool, picnic tables, just outside our door. Our only negative ( and this is personal preference) was the bed. The mattress was a memory foam type, and we prefer a conventional mattress.」

「This room was petty expensive, over $100 and i was excited because they had recently remodeled. However, my room must've gotten all the old stuff from the new rooms. The bed was sagging and made very sloppy. The furniture had burns in it and was outdated. The ac unit was old as well. The security lock was gone and replaced with something old as well and the patch job was horrible. The worst was the repair to the door to block the 2 inch gap. They had scrap wood held together with duct tape and...

「The hotel was located across the 10 freeway close to Agua Caliente Casino where I was attending a concert. It cost me a fourth of the price it would have cost to stay at the casino. If it wasn't 113°, I could have walked from the hotel to the casino. It probably would have been about a 15-minute walk at most. I stay here every time I come for a concert. The room looks and feels new. It was very clean. Parking is free as well.」
