"The pool area, arcade and the food was good at the resort. But the townhome was not that clean. The furniture and appliances was old. The water in the master bedroom tub and hallway bathroom was not draining properly. The master bedroom balcony had to big wasps or hornets nest outside so we couldn't go out . Me and my husband killed 4 spiders in the master bedroom . We couldn't connect the wifi to all our devices. So we had to use our hot spot on our phones.The living room tv kept working off and on. And 3 of the bedrooms had small tvs. The front door lock was broken there was a hole where a key is suppose to go. The carpet was dirty. This was my 7th time staying here. And i never stayed in a property like this. "
"Everything we needed was provided, right down to measuring cups in the kitchen. Staff was very friendly. The AC stopped working but someone was there within an hour to fix it! "
