「Lovely helpful friendly staff, room a little tired but still clean and comfortable, in an excellent situation especially the view from the roof terrace. Our air con wasn’t working, and we only discovered this on our first of two nights, during the night. We opened the window to the street, which became a hive of activity pretty early. We forgot to report it the next day, so that was down to us. It didn’t spoil our stay though, would certainly stay there again. 」

「3 veninder på tur - Fantastisk hyggelig meget lille by, men ikke lagt til Pisa og Lucca. tog station tæt på. Virkelig sødt personale på hotellet, lækker morgenmad og lækker spa afdeling :) 」

「the hotel is a 20mins walk from the famous leaning tower. Hotel can be assessed by a bus from the airport. Staff was nice. Could’ve provided more shampoo and shower gel, though. 」

「The hotel smells really bad. Everything is old and not usable. A hotel that you only want to keep luggage and sleep, literally nothing there you can enjoy. Service was fine. A very good location. A hotel that worth around $30 euro per night.」

「We had 3 nights at the hotel. The hotel is walking distances to everything: restaurants, Leaning Tower, Arno river. A kettle is already located in the room. The people are nice and friendly. A big minus is: no "First Aid Kit". As our flight back to Oslo(Norway) is at 06am, we find it unconfortable as the reception is just open between 07:30am to 01:00am. We strongly recommandate this hotel. 」

「Im Ganzen waren wir zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt für fünf Tage. Für die Preis Leistung direkt am Domplatz ist es top. Wir empfanden die Rezeptionisten jedoch für nicht sehr freundlich bzw. zuvorkommend. Checkin war um 14 Uhr und unser Zimmer war erst gegen 15 Uhr bereit. Die lange Wartezeit hat uns etwas genervt. Auch die stickige Luft im Zimmer war kaum zu ertragen, da die Klimaanlage nicht richtig funktioniert und man bei Regen durch die schrägen Fenster nicht aufmachen konnte. 」

「L'hôtel se trouve malheureusement dans un cartier industriel. L'emplacement est pratique pour nous qui arrivions de Lucca. L'hôtel est près des autoroutes mais loin du centre de Livourne. La chambre était confortable et propre. L'accueil était celui des gros hôtels, un peu impersonnel mais poli et courtois. 」

「La verdad el lugar estaba bien, la seguridad no tanto, eran puertas de madera muy vieja con un cerrojo, sumando de que se compartía baño y la gente no es que sea muy considerada con los demás, ya que no tiraban de la cadena y demás( todos problemas de convivencia) por otra parte ninguno de los propietarios estaba en la casa o en el hostal, se notaba mucha dejadez con la limpieza y no estaba todo limpio. Para solo dormir esta bien.」

「Super friendly host and a spotlessly clean big room/2 big shared bathrooms. Coffee and snacks in the room. The building has no lift, some rooms are upstairs. 15 min. walk from the airport and train station. There are a few shops, pizzeria and a bus stop in the neighbourhood, in order to reach the Pisa city center, you have to take bus or walk 35 minutes.」
