「This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!」

「上次来柏林订的这家酒店觉得位置非常好，交通方便，周围还有好吃的市场所以这次又订了这家，没想到超级失望。订的和上次一样的房型，双人间带公共浴室，结果这一次房间里就没有洗手池，下去和前台说了一下结果他说不可能，带他上来一看发现真的没有，商量换房间，结果他说这两天球赛都满了不可能，态度也非常敷衍，真的觉得反差太大，本来就是冲着屋里有洗手池订的。另外公共浴室的洗手池很小，屋内的灯光很昏暗，虽然位置好，但下次绝不会再来」

「Not very clean, kitchen wares were super dirty, first stove did not even work so we had to change rooms. Had rugs in the room with lots of dirt. Everything was dusted, and weird stains in curtains and sheets.」
