Was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews for this place and I should have listened. The apartment was clean and is in decent location. However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. Tried to get it sorted but the apartment owners are a nightmare to contact. I sent two messages in the app with no response, rang several times and no answer. I then had to contact Expedia for help who agreed to move me as they tried to contact the apartment 10 times and got no answer.

Centralt och prisvärt!
Mycket bra läge! Fräscht och bra pris. Lagom utrustat litet kök. Vi var 4 som dela lägenhet och två skulle sova på en bäddsoffa. Den knackade och lät så man vakna. Kan funka bättre till barn än två vuxna. Mycket ljud från gatan av flera renhållningsfordon tidigt på morgonen/natten. Annars bekväma sängar, fräscht och mycket prisvärt.

Om du ikke er «var» for lyder, så er dette ett fint overnattingsbesøk. Da det er sentralt og fint og moderne. Men… vi ble vekket 05:30 hver morgen av lyd fra maskin (mulig fra kjøkkenet?). Utover dagen hørte vi naboene snakke i de andre rommene gjennom veggen, og var veldig lytt i gangen også. Alt var topp, uten om at hotellet er lytt og har ikke air condition. En kunne ikke ha vinduene åpne heller, da det enten var edderkopper som kom inn eller støy uten i fra. Kontaktet hotels også, men har ikke fått noe tilbakemelding ettersom vi skulle få en mail samme dag om en løsning.

Okej, läget är perfekt
Blandaren i duschen funkade inte som den skulle. Så var svårt att få in rätt temperatur så man inte blev skållad. Men vi lösta det genom att spola varmvatten i handfatet så böev inte lika varmt när man stod i duschen. Sen var det bara 1 av spotlighten i badrummet som funkade. Och ena lampan vid sägen funkade inte. Men i övrigt va det hur bra som helst. Smidigt att få en kod på mail för att komma in i lägenheten och trapphuset. Man bor över en jätte bra restaurang som jag varmt rekommenderar. Och du bor mitt i stan så man har nära till allt

Very nice hotel with a walking distance to Main Street. Only one negative is that the cleaners coming very early to clean other rooms and hallway they’re so loud, chatting and do not care about the guests sleeping.

Feel cheated!
Don’t be fooled by the glamour photos and misleading description!! Not appartment (just a small room) and definitely not deluxe. Bad mattress, no AC and zero soundproffing, quite untidy also. The only plus is location. But there are other places with the same location.

not easy to check in one room got checked in early other could not and later trying to check in place had wrong phone number that just goes to menu no live person not helpful when it is late in the day and you want to be able to get into your room also noisy form outside noise room needs dark curtains not whit ones that let so much light in etter sleep when dark and quiet

Dear Guest,Check-in is from 4 pm. If the room is ready earlier, we send instructions with codes for self check-in.You received the manual from us at 2.32 pm, it was enough to read it in time and read the manual, which also includes 2 phone numbers. The first is the general helpline (and it's written), the second is the Reception number, which works online from 9am to 8pm. You obviously didn't read the information and called the automated hotline.As for the curtains, you are indeed right and we will change them to darker ones.We hope you enjoyed your stay at Sweet Suite despite everything. Very clean and overall perfect location however the pictures are very misleading, you won’t get the cushions and fancy bedding or fancy furniture so be aware but for us it for just fine.

Problemas con el checkin ! Más de 1h esperando ! Después las chicas de la limpieza me pidieron todos los días abonar la tasa de alojamiento cuando ya estaba pagada ! No tienen servicio de guarda maleta!!! El alojamiento excelente ubicación a nada de lo más céntrico!!!

Dålig upplevelse
Rummet var fint och rent men sängarna var horribla. Det kändes som att jag sov på golvet. Jag har både ont i ryggen nacken och mina axlar efter 3 nätter. duschen var också väldigt dålig då den helt saknade tryck. Kommer inte bo på detta hotell igen, men det duger nog för någon som bara behöver någonstans att ligga över natten.

Great apartments centrally in Gdansk
Fantastic location next door to the St Mary's Church centrally in the old town of Gdansk. Nice, modern and tidy room/ apartment. Great onlince service with good guidance on where to park, how to get to the apartments etc. We enjoyed our stay and will likely book here again the next time we visit Gdansk.

Bestilte afhentning i lufthavnen. Skulle rykke for at få det bekræftet. Havde fået sendt en pris på 90 zl og blevet lovet jeg kunne betale med kort. Taxachaufføren skulle have 100 zl og det var ikke muligt at betale med kort, så vi måtte hæve på en tankstation på vejen. Træls start. Vi forsøgte at kontakte hotellet vedr. dette, men har endnu ikke fået svar, selvom de har læst beskeden. Lejligheden ligger dejligt centralt og nemt med kode. Det er nemt at komme rundt i byen. Uber kan bestilles meget tæt på lejligheden. (Det koster ca. 58 zl til lufthavnen og man bliver ikke snydt). Lejlighed nr. 1 har udsigt til gaden. Og dermed en lygtepæl, som lyser lige ind i lejligheden. Så der er altså aldrig mørkt! Det var ikke så fedt. Gardiner er lyse og helt tynde. Udover det en rigtig fed lejlighed. Der er ikke bemanding i receptionen.

Thank you for your feedback, but we would like to clarify a few things.The taxi company we worked with increased the price by PLN 10 (EUR 2.5), which is a small increase compared to fuel prices in Poland.The fact that it is not possible to pay with a card in a taxi driver is also a new situation for us, because it was always possible to pay with a card. The situation is beyond our control, unfortunately.Regarding the work of the Reception Desk... the Reception staff works from 9am to 8pm.We are available to guests at this time.Regards, Reception

The balconyarea is amazing for hangouts! Loved the location of the hotel, it's right in the middle of old tow, surrounded by restaurants. The only thing to wish for is kitchen appliances, no cooking avalibilties at all besides an electrical kettle. A hotplate and a sink would be a great update.

Koselig, rent og romslig rom, veldig sentralt. Sengen og spesielt sovesofaen knirket veldig bare man snudde litt på seg, men ellers var alt veldig bra!
