「The wellness centre was clean which is very important to me! The bedroom is a bit small but the bed was so comfortable! I found check out to be early would have preferred 11am when breakfast finished at 10am. Didn’t really like the vegetarian breakfast, but overall would definitely book again!」

「I was just frustrated by the check in producers as was keyless and required code and to get the code I found not very easy. Ensure you check in before you arrive as we was waiting around for a while after a long drive here trying to figure out how yo get in. Couldn't get cooker to work also at first but worked in the end would stay here again though」

「I stayed in this hotel room and it was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. The air conditioning either didn’t work or was completely ineffective, and the room felt like a sauna all night. I wasn’t able to sleep at all, which completely ruined my stay. For the price I paid, this is unacceptable. I would not recommend staying here until they fix their temperature control issues.」

「Billing Aquadrome as a site is lovely. However this property wasn’t up to standard in terms of cleanliness and general maintenance. Upon arrival, like anyone does, we had a look in the cupboards etc, to find items from previous guests had been left, including clothing left in a bag in the main bedroom wardrobe, one item being underwear, which is unacceptable for things to be left, which tells me the property was not checked after the last guest left.
