"Very nice stay at a fair price and close to the event that brought us to Chicago. Parking was easy, building access was easy and secure. Even the cafe was great for a drink and a snack."

"The location was great we walked to the Shedd aquarium in no time. The hotel was nice, we found it really irritating that we were constantly asked to join Hilton rewards by the staff standing at the elevators. Also you can not control the room temperature it was so hot and their solution was to open the windows which had no screens and it was pouring rain and everything was getting wet. They do not clean rooms or bring clean towels you have to call and ask every time you want clean towels. The history of the place is cool and they do have a Starbucks and restaurants. There is no complimentary breakfast. I’d honestly give this place a 3.5/5 stars. "

"The bed was stiff and pillows were not comfy, as soon as you lay down on it and deflates almost flat and breakfast was terrible and parking even to leave the car for valet was terrible but the room was very clean and staff and valet was great"

"I loved the space. Me and my friend had a great time staying here while in town for a convention. The kitchen was great, I just wish there was more food in the lobby shop to make. The prices of items were also a bit much, but not that bad. Overall, we loved the room. Everything was clean, the bed was comfy, the space was large and comfortable, would stay again!"
