「The hotel is extremely beautiful. Location is greatly convenient too. Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation 」

「入到酒店看來不錯, 有兩個洗手間,一個是大小便用,, 沒有去水位, 我住了三天 要自己清潔 投訴無門 聯絡清潔工 要我自己聯絡酒店, 投訴hotels.com 亦冇回應 ,早一日經過酒店 知道沒有回 reception 跟hotels.com聯絡 沒有回應 ，網站上酒店電話 只有八個字卻未能聯絡酒店 ， 正確應該有九個字， 到入住當天 只好在門口等待 ，check-out亦冇人理會 只可放低鎖匙 回港後向hotels.com投訴 ，還被職員玩， 覺得他們一點都沒有問題 ，無論酒店及網頁 都不知所謂」

「Lugaris afforded us an economical and comfortable experience for our business trip. The in-unit washer/dryer was a nice addition, though the QR-code assisted instructions were not for the same model we had. After WhatsApp discussion with the front office, we finally figured it out.
