「Very good place 」

「We had a fantastic stay October 23rd to 27th. Centrally located but far enough away to be quieter. We were in building 4 so that probably helped. We did not take part in the free breakfast as it did tend to get crowded and we just wanted to head out anyway. The staff was SUPER friendly and the cleaning staff was unreal. If we go back we will stay here again.」

「It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.」

「Clean room, knowledgeable staff, perfect location to the convention center & downtown Gatlinburg.」

「The night manager was very helpful and helped me and my friend fine our room when we got lost. Made sure we didnt have food left in the car very helpful」

「The view was great easy walk to downtown」

「I’ve been coming to this hotel for years, and it’s always one of my favorite places to stay in Gatlinburg! This trip was extra special because I brought my 85-year-old dad, and it was his first time staying here. We both loved it! The location is perfect, right in downtown Gatlinburg, and the front porch is one of my favorite things about this hotel. Dad especially loved sitting in the rocking chairs by the fire, just relaxing and watching everything going on. There’s also a cozy fireplace...

「Excellent service from staff. Room was clean.」
