「I booked a room for two nights during spring break for my family—4 person with two beds and a sofa in the room pictures online, at about double the hotel’s normal rate $745. We arrived around midnight on March 19 after a long day of driving and playing at Busch Gardens. You can imagine how disappointed my daughters were when they saw the “bayside view” from our window. The window looked out directly onto a wall, the curtain wouldn’t move, and the view was completely blocked—more like a storage...

「Had to get room key every time we returned to hotel. It was ridiculous. So somedays we had to do it 5-6 times a day. Pool looked clean but way too cold no one in it.」

「Overall decent place, it’s next to a gas station on one side and alcohol store on the other property is clean rooms are up to date… stayed for 5 nights had to ask for towels rooms were never cleaned or checked for clean towels etc.. asked for late check out even was willing to pay nope he said th room needed to be cleaned best of all VACANCY sign was lite up the whole time 」

「All in all, was an acceptable experience. One of my hand towels had old makeup stains on it, so I left it on the floor expecting a clean one to replace it. The new towel put on the rack had stains too, so I don't know if it was not replaced or if they have lots of stained hand towels in circulation!」

「Are you kidding? Facility is hanging on by their fingernails and is more an indignant housing than a motel. 」

「I booked a room with a roll in shower yet the hotel knew at the time that the appropriate room was already booked and never told me. Manager (3/18 a.m.) at the front desk rather impolitely said we our franchise and not responsible for what Marriott corporate does. Other front desk staff were very nice and try to be accommodating.」

「This is a charming inn and location right across from Venice beach. Staff are so helpful and welcoming. Nice breakfast included 」

「The outdoor pool is terribly small. Dispensers for shampoo and bath broken, when I asked to refill the bath, I received shampoo, which I did not ask for. They charge for the garage for guests, which is located in the hotel itself... a shame」
