「Breakfast was very good and in a lovely peaceful garden. Staff in the hotel were fantastic, really helpful even under pressure. It was horribly hot the weekend that we were there (unusual for Cardiff) but they did everything possible to make us comfortable with fans (no air-conditioning).」

「酒店設施及衛生都很好，但因沒有冷氣，被子又太保暖，蓋了很熱，不蓋又很冷，所以整晚都不能入睡！」

「A lovely place to stay. The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and the duvet was happily not tucked into the bed, meaning you could get straight in without having to re-tuck the bed sheet in (tucked in duvets is a pet hate!). The food was amazing, the staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the overall ambiance of the place was lovely. Will definitely stay again.」

「We were unable to check in until after 5.30 because of a delay with the linen services, but they were apologetic and gave us a free bottle of wine with dinner. Our room was good, large and clean. One of the brackets on the shower head was broken, but the rain shower worked. However one of our party did not have any water in their room on the second day, so had to be transferred to another room to shower. There was also some work/maintenance happening, which we weren't aware of, but it didn't...

「It was during one of the high temperatures inEngland and tho it had two fresh air windows the host only allowed one. a small bathroom size window for ventilation plus a small fan. I asked him to open the other window / door but was denied seeming me to leave the property after one nite due to a high temp room . Host was not very helpful tho I asked to change rooms. Also no shade on deck . Would not stay here again .」
