「The rooms were clean. They could do a little bit better upkeep with the exterior of the hotel.」

「I wrote three messages in the spot that said Contact us. Not one response. The thermostat did not work and the unit was freezing. Despite setting it to 22c, the room temp never climbed above 17.6c. (I have a photo.) We could not stand being so cold and booked other accommodation for our second night. The phone number/extension number did not work either. Why would they put us in the furthest possible room from the check-in desk? The beds were comfortable and clean but we had to use the pillows...

「The parking lot needs repair. The back entrance doors need to be keyed and locked at all times. They are not. The room was very clean. The mini fridge needs the door to open the opposite way for full and easy access. Should just move the fridge.」
