「Perfect and nice customer service 」

「Was very impressed with this hotel. Best hotel I stayed in Yerevan. Very big room size with big balcony providing breath taking views of the city, mountains and hotel swimming pool. Very clean and luxuriously designed. Great outdoor zone with small garden and sitting area. Gym and indoor pool. Quiet. Very close to city center, about 15 minutes drive. 「Comfortable and safe place for solo travelers. There is a shared kitchen which is clean and tidy. Rent a car is recommended, but there is a bus stop nearby or a 45 minute easy walk for example to Republic Square. 」

「Multi Grand pharaon is a very beautiful hotel. They have lots of p places. And a nice garden which surround it. Our room was big and clean, with a good bed. And a small fridge. We would have liked some more info on check in. As we weren't aware that the outdoor swimming pool wasn't working. ( It was 30 degrees hot) ? The indoor area with swimming pool and spa was big, clean, and with beautiful decorations. The gym looked good but did not try. Did not try breakfast either. We could definitely...

「Slight mix up with the booking of my room but it was sorted by very friendly and accommodating staff. Hotel is located outside the city core but metro station is 5 mins walk away, bus stop is 2 mins away and the city centre is walkable within 20 mins. Neighbourhood is quiet at night and a 24 hour supermarket is 2 mins walk away if you need anything. Room was cleaned to a high standard and I didn’t notice anything which gave me pause. Great value for money and a comfortable stay」
