「Very clean, modern, with all things needed in the room. And extra plus that the cleaning in the morning doesn’t start early, so u can sleep without being disturbed. Very good price for a perfect stay! 」

「The worse hotel I've ever tried. Inconvenient location far from the centre, you need a taxi. Lots of renovation with annoying banging every day. If you want a peace - do not use this hotel: swimming pool downstairs uses the music from morning until 8pm. It is a nightmare. Being on the 4th floor you can't even talk inside room due to the club music. I have asked to make it not too loud but got very negative aggressive response. Headaches guaranteed BED BUGS in the rooms. Please be careful....

「Terrible breakfast, stuff, location. Big traffic in front of hotel, all that smog goes to your room, you can hear conversations in other rooms and steps like they walk in your room. Will never stay in this hotel , does not worth the money I paid, you can find cheaper and much better.」

「The Staff! Out all the 64 countries I’ve visited and all the hotels, this place had the kindest, most helpful, down to earth staff I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet. I honestly considered them friends when I left. One even did a portrait of my cat! The Breakfast! This was carefully curated and better than most 5 star hotels could do. 「Very good hotel with great service, does not have an elevator so its a bit of trouble pulling your luggage up the stairs but otherwise very good hotel.」

「It's a bit isolated, but very comfortable. The pool is nice. A little cold. I was concerned about my room without windows or AC but they provide a fan and it was comfortable. The staff was very pleasant to me even though I arrived in a grumpy mood. They seem to care about the comfort of every guest. Even me in the cheap room. Haha. It's quiet too. Thanks.」

「Let me start by saying the room was clean and the people working there were all very pleasant and helpful. However the room that I ended up staying in was very rundown, poor water pressure, sink wobbly, and one side of the bed was completely collapsed. The walls were very thin, that if you room next door made a sound you would here it, and when taking a shower the sound of the water reverberate on that section of the floor. The room was plenty big. Breakfast was good! It's well located...
