"We had a great stay here - house was beautiful and well equipped and the remoteness and private pool were great for a relaxing stay in Crete. While you are about 20 mins outside of Chania it served as a good base for all of the western beaches and attractions while still close enough to Chania for dinners and exploring. Very convenient for both the beach and the village, both within a few minutes walk. There were a couple of supermarkets close by for breakfast provisions etc and a superb bar just around the corner.
