"An Exceptional Stay—Beyond Five Stars My boyfriend and I recently stayed at Le Chalet Zannier in Megève, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences either of us has ever had. Champagne and snacks were waiting in the room, a thoughtful welcome after travel. Housekeeping was remarkable—every time we stepped out and returned, the room had somehow been perfectly refreshed. Evening turndown included rotating treats like chocolate chip cookies and macarons, a small but delightful touch. The concierge service was truly outstanding. The team stayed in touch via text throughout our stay, helping with anything we needed at any time of day. They seamlessly coordinated skiing for us—including equipment and a wonderful private instructor who made my first time skiing feel safe and fun. Afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the mountains, delicious breakfasts, and a private shuttle anywhere in town."

"The hotel was advertised as having ski-in/ski-out access, breakfast available and room service. The ski lift is around 2.5km up a road or a 1km walk to a ski bus that takes you there. No breakfast or room service was available. The water was too cold to shower in the evening and the staff said this was because many people were staying at the hotel?"
