「各方面都很棒」

「L’hôtel était très rempli et nous avons été surclassé en chambre exécutive qui est spacieuse et rénovée avec goût. Le restaurant le soir était correct quoique le service était très lent pourtant nous n’étions qu’une dizaine de personnes. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est très varié et de bonne qualité. L’espace bien être est petit et le créneau de 45 minutes un peu court. Le parking extérieur est suffisant. L’environnement est très calme. Dans l’ensemble un bon établissement même si le prix est...

「Awesome breakfasts, with restaurant over looking a busy square and great selection of fresh food. Very quiet despite being super convenient to the train station and central town. Lovely staff. Perfect stay. 」

「At an Ace Hotel, you know exactly what you get, in fact you could be in any Ace Hotel, anywhere. But...friendly greeting, clean and comfortable room, free secure parking and a generous breakfast. Perfect for a stop over when travelling up and down France. The Rouen Ace is a favourite as the people there are always so helpful and pleasant. 」

「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「酒店位於中心地帶，方便逛街，晚上教堂有光影show，很好。但住宿一般原因是沒冷氣。 Coz my own careless, i think it has the A/C, but it hasn't. So we need to open the window and use the fan provided by the Hotel. But the people in the public area chat loud until midnight. So, not sleep well. Besides that, it's good.」

「优点： 1.房间大，洗手间和洗浴间分开，洗浴间有淋浴和浴缸 2.风景好，面对着塞纳河 3.走路到河边就100米，天气好在河边散步很不错 4.离市中心也比较近，走路15分钟 缺点： 1.离火车站有点距离」

「員工態度很親切，非常好。辦理入住後，發現客房不乾淨，櫃台立刻反應，更換房間。 但客房清潔不佳，還是需要改善。」

「位置靠近河边比较好找，停车位少要停到附近的公共停车场。房间大小一般，早餐无水果和肉。步行到老城中心的几个大教堂都很近，也就10分钟。没有特别的好、坏之处。」
