Rooms are basic but generally clean. No bugs. Very dated buildings and rooms. Everything is old and very worn. Extremely slow service at the front “California” deli which is essentially the only place on property to get a cup of coffee or bottle of water. Gated lot charges 25 per day. Generally friendly ...

Hotel Maya
Clean room but poorest service. Long service wait. You paying thousands yet can’t even get good service. Husband needed golf cart to get to room, told us it wasn’t too far lool. Yeah…. Well think about that next booking

Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection
We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. We were on a road trip and stopped in the area because I’ve never been to Disney. It was my first time at the park, and it was great to be in walking distance. Room was very comfortable for us (3 people), and price was very very fair. Would stay here again!
