Outdoor space

The apartment was fine but the outdoor space was very scruffy. It should be more specific about whether or not it’s a Lake view as I would have paid more for a view.

Eine nette einfache Unterkunft, die ihrem Zweck eines Familienurlaubes voll erfühlt. Die Anlage ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es wäre dringend notwendig an der ein oder anderen Stelle (Tischtennisplatten, Poolfliesen,...) zu renovieren. Die Appartements sind einfach, aber zweckmäßig. Das Personal ist sehr nett und der Weg nach Garda, sowie am See ist flussläufig sehr gut zu erreichen.

Dejligt ophold

Vi har haft 9 dejlige dage på stedet. Velkomsten var meget imødekommende og venlig. Komfort og standard af lejlighed var god og restaurant, swimmingpool og område pænt og rimeligt rent. Pga voldsomme trærødder er belægningen omkring den lille pool meget ujævn hvilket er årsagen til at jeg ikke giver top, top karakter.

Wir verbrachten ein verlängertes Wochenende in der Residence Parco del Garda. Die Anlage ist beeindruckend groß und sauber, was gleich für einen positiven ersten Eindruck sorgte. Die Aussicht von der Lobby und vom Restaurant ist traumhaft! Was ggf. schwierig werden könnte ist, wenn es besonders viel regnet und man auf den Rasen parken muss, da es dann sehr matschig werden kann. Was uns besonders gefallen hat war die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter, sowohl in der Unterkunft als auch im Restaurant. Der Service war stets zuvorkommend und herzlich. Die zwei Pools sind großzügig gestaltet und bieten viel Platz zum Entspannen. Allerdings war das Wasser im Mai noch sehr kalt, was den Badespaß etwas einschränkte. Das Zimmer war groß und frisch renoviert, jedoch leider recht hellhörig. Es wäre schön, wenn bei der Zimmerbelegung darauf geachtet werden würde, dass Reisende ohne Kinder in separaten Abteilen untergebracht werden. Unsere Nächte waren leider weniger erholsam, da wir früh morgens durch ein schreiendes Baby geweckt wurden. Ein Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Auch wenn es in der Buchungsbestätigung erwähnt wird, sollte man beachten, dass Handtücher, Toilettenpapier und einfache Toilettenartikel nicht inklusive sind. Trotz kleinerer Unannehmlichkeiten hat uns der Aufenthalt insgesamt gut gefallen. Wir werden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und hoffen dann auf erholsamere Nächte!

Appartamento un pó spartano e datato nella mobilia (meriterebbero soprattutto delle zanzariere, per il resto passabile). Personale estremamente gentile e professionale. Piscine molto carine, con pizzeria/ristorante qualità buona e prezzi ragionevolissimi. Posizione meravigliosa in uliveto in collina a pochi passi dal lago.

Houses are a bit worn out, but good and affordable price. WiFi in the houses would be nice, though. TV channels did not work properly. Nice property, nice pools, restaurants, bar and a small shop with the necessities you might need. Short walking distance to downtown Garda. The only thing I do not understand; why is there no laundry/laundry service??

Dårligt internet

Stedet bære præ af at have haft nogle år på bagen. Der er ikke internet på hotel eller lejligheder men kun hvis man sidder i receptionen. Personalet var rigtig flinke men jeg ved ikke om det var mig der ikke fik læst ordentlig på beskrivelsen men vi havde en lejlighed og der var ikke sengetøj eller håndklæder, det betalte vi så for to personer 30 euro for. I køkkenet kunne man ikke få varmt nok vand til opvask, vi løste det ved at koge vand til opvask. Men det skal siges det var rigtig billigt og måske prisen vær ?

Sorggiorno meraviglioso presso questa struttura. L'appartamento era un bilocale molto spazioso e anche se in condizioni non proprio nuove, era in ordine e pulito. Bella la possibilità di mangiare all'aperto immersi nel verde con vista lago. Piscina grande e attrezzata e grazie al caldo fuori stagione siamo riuscitia a fare il bagno per la gioia di mio figlio. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Tolle Ferienanlage - vor allem mit Kindern!

Die Ferienhäuser dieser Anlage liegen am Hang zwischen Olivenbäumen so verteilt, dass man nie dem Nachbarn auf die Terrasse blickt, und - obwohl es eine Anlage ist - den Eindruck eines Einzelferienhauses hat. Gleichzeitig genießt man alle Vorzüge einer Ferienanlage mit zwei tollen Pools und einer deutschsprachig besetzten, sehr freundlichen Rezeption. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum spielen rund um das Häuschen. Die überdachte Terrasse ist mit einem Kamin / Grill ausgestattet. Das Zentrum von Garda ist, sogar mit Kindern, bequem fußläufig zu erreichen. Es gibt dazu oben in der Anlage einen versteckten und leider nicht markierten Weg auf dem man ins Zentrum gelangt und die vielbefahrene Haupstraße (die leider keinen Fußweg hat) meidet.

Super Lage, nettes Personal

Angemessenes Preis.-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gut gelegen,das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit ,die Gebäude sind renovierungsbedürftig,dann kann aber sicherlich der Preis nicht mehr so günstig sein.Lage ist hervorragend!
