「Family of 4 stayed for nearly a week. The hotel was conveniently located to the airport. The room was clean. The room attendants were attentive, friendly and personable. The primary food attendant (should have notated her name) during breakfast was consistently friendly and ensured breakfast was stocked and area was continuously cleaned. Alice was very knowledgeable about the hotel industry and made excellent suggestions for the Pensacola area for our multi-generational family Spring Break...

「Hotel staff never mentioned breakfast time. Room was clean however the bathroom sink had a plumbing leak and water ended up all over the floor. We could not use the sink. 」

「Room was clean, staff very helpful and friendly. Perfectly fine stay and worth the money. If I’m being nit picky. The wood furniture was all very sticky, maybe the cleaning spray reacting to the varnish? Also, very cheap toilet paper, kinda annoying it’s just tears as soon as you touch it. Shower had good soap and shampoo just in an awkward location in the shower where you hit it all the time. Other than that small stuff it was a clean modern hotel. 」

「This IHG was superb!! We had the best stay and I can truly say that we had NOOO complaints. The hotel was affordable, clean, and in a great location. We were minutes from Pensacola Beach and downtown Pensacola. The sites were fantastic and I am sure we will stay at this IHG again. My husband befriended one of the workers. It was fantastic...」

「Renovation noise on 1st floor was very noisy, for much too long, during weekend stay. Hotel air quality, was not refreshing. Feet tripped several times, while walking, on loose carpets in hallway and by elevators. No common courtesy of basic hotel ammenties were provided. Overall atmosphere of hotel was not good, and overall needing a better upgrading of "quality" accommodations for guest. 」

「Such a charming and historic home. The breakfast was simple yet delicious. The amenities were very adequate and well done. We really enjoyed looking at all the features found through out the home. Barbie was an excellent hostess. The only thing I wish I had a chance to do was talk with her a bit. We met some new friends while at the BB during breakfast which was awesome. Room was clean, quit, charming, and comfortable. We were very impressed and will be staying again. 」
