「Checked in on Saturday and out early Monday, while the team works Monday to Friday. Everything was smooth, but in case of any issues, there is no support over the weekend. It would be helpful if the team could reach out on Thursday to let guests know their working hours and check if there are any questions. Great location, close to the underground and bus stations. 「El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, en una zona tranquila muy cerca del centro. Lo que no me gustó fue que al llegar exactamente a la hora del Check in 15:00pm estaban haciendo la limpieza, por lo que esperamos 10mn más, pero al entrar el cuarto tenia un olor a trapo sucio, como sino hubieran limpiado bien y la tasa del baño se veía amarillenta. No había clima en la habitación, solo dejaron un ventilador, considerando que son 2 habitaciones y que somos una familia de 5 si hizo falta uno más .」

「The apartments are well located (a few stations by U5 from HBhf). Ours was ample, with nice parket floors, new bathroom installation, good light and ventilation. Usable kitchen. The only issue was that it was very dusty. A more thorough removal of dust in the floor and corners prior to arrivals would be much better. We tried to use the vacuum cleaner but it was also full of dust.」
