"Nice place to stay"

"The room was extremely clean, the manager was very friendly and helpful, we were able to leave our luggage before checking in and after checking out, and the manager went out of his way to organise an early check-in for us as we had been travelling for almost 30 hours before arriving. The location is great and within very easy walking distance of all local attractions. There was some noise from trams passing but earplugs were available at reception."

"I was not able to get a code into the hostel with any of the confirmation numbers I had. I tried multiple times with different browsers both on and off WiFi. I tried to email and call several times with no response. Reached out to Expedia who also has no luck getting ahold of them (I will be refunded, thankfully). Had to book another hotel due to lack of customer service help. Would not recommend staying here. "

Access all electronic (though front door lock still not functioning-we were woken by some folks who were unable to get in) Thus worked fine for us but I wonder if there is an issue who you would speak to. "Upon arrival, service was courteous and friendly. My bed didn't have a pillow, and the girl at the reception said I should find it myself from the other guests! I refused, so she went to the room and couldn't find it, so she gave me another one. The only locker left was faulty, so they gave me one by reception on the floor below. For the 5 rooms on my floor, there were 3 bathrooms only, and one was out of service (6-10 people per room). No sockets visible near the bed, nor in the room at all. In...
