「Me and my wife had to checkout of the hotel because the hotel did not meet the standards mentioned at Hotels.com. Bathroom and beds were dirty with spots and spit on walls. It was a “smoking” room and I could smell the smoke and saw the ashtray. I did not stay in the hotel and request for a FULL REFUND ASAP !!! 」

「Very conveniently located and neat. Seemed to be one of the better properties in the area. There were issues like no towels in the rooms, all remotes(tv, ac etc) didn’t work and probably needed new batteries, there was no hot water.」

「We arrived 3 hours earlier than check in time, but they provided our room in 15 minutes. It was really helpful. Though we expected an AC room, they said we booked non AC room. They charged extra fee to use AC. Room was clean. Restaurant was ok, we had breakfast in the restaurant. It was buffet style, south Indian food. 」
