Exactly what was advertised. Room only but a great location. Located right next to Eyre square and a 2 minute walk from all the lively bars.

Staff was very nice from the front desk to house cleaning, great location, very walkable, parking is the only thing , must use the city parking building which is very close and the hotel helps pay for it . Would definitely stay again very nice

Great location, helpful staff. WiFi wasn’t available in our room but wasn’t really a problem. Bedroom and bathroom very clean. There was no wardrobe as rooms were fairly small but would still be a great choice for a weekend stay

Clean, close to everything. Kind and helpful staff. In my room, there was a sound from the ventilation from a building next door so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.

Beautiful Boutique Hotel with Fantastic Location

Excellent location, service, and quality for a reasonable price. The room was described as “snug” at the time of booking. It was small, as to be expected in a city, but the design made excellent use of cubbies, shelves, and drawers to maximize storage and necessities. Very happy with our stay. Charlie and Oscar (very friendly dogs) made for an extra special welcome.

Nice staff, nice room. It was a short walk from the train station and Eyre Square, and there were great places to eat very close by. Great security too - I liked the gate for the entire lane.
