The San Luis Resort, Spa & Conference Center
We stayed here with our grown children and grandchild. Lovely rooms but rowdy people in the VIP floor. Very noisy elevator which precipitated a room change. There are not enough regular lounge chairs or umbrellas because most loungers are for the cabana rentals--$700. Yes, you read that right.

South Shore Harbour Resort & Conference Center
Was there for an event so didn't get to enjoy the pool or other amenities. They looked amazing though, might have to go back to enjoy another day! Clean rooms, minimal interaction needed with staff

We booked the full ocean view room but was given one small room on second floor with roof top obstruction. I called front desk immediately to complain and was given one on 5th, a much larger n nicer room with full view of the gulf. The shower head is amazing, the room is clean with nice decor, bed ...
