"Despite the bad reviews I read before booking, I wanted to give this hotel a chance. However, I think the hotel really needs a renovation. The location is good in front of the beach, and the breakfast is not the best, but it's not too bad. Honestly, I wouldn't stay here again."

"The positives are that the breakfast was good, the hotel was close to everywhere I needed to go, the pool was clean, the mini fridge had plenty of space and there was a microwave above it, and the bathroom was pretty nice (but a little dirty). The negatives are that the room wasn’t very clean, one of the beds didn’t look like the sheets had been changed as there was dirt or something rubbed on the side, the lamp shades and bed frames had mold on them, there was rust in several places, the room was very humid and damp feeling even after running the a/c for two days, the area the hotel is in is sketchy, the main staff member I saw was not super friendly, and housekeeping never even came to the room."

"Beautiful hotel, for me personally I wish I had read more fine print since I was looking forward to being able to use beach chairs and didn't feel like it was the best hotel for young kids, but as a fancy hotel and wedding hotel it is a beautiful location. Ashley at the front desk was very sweet."

"I was so disappointed that I was not able to utilize the pool area due to a large private event being held the weekend of my stay 4/08/26. I purposely chose the hotel for the swimming pool and had I known I would not been able to use, I would have gone with a different hotel. The staff were rude as well especially the front hosts. I don’t think it was worth over $300 a night. Also, the walls on the 1st floor are very thin, I could her complete conversations being held in the hallway and in the room next to my room."
