「Hotel was under construction but the staff was great and location was perfect 」

「Laura was so helpful and kind as we checked in. She was eager to help us and very easy to approach for help out questions. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This was our sticking stay here. The breakfast was good also.」

「Our family passed by here on a trip from California to Indiana. The attitude of their staff was very good, but I had a very bad experience with the hotel. Their quilt and mattress were damp, and it felt like they were taken out of the washing machine and put on the bed without drying. It was very uncomfortable. The corner of their table was broken, but they did not do any protection or replacement, which caused my five-year-old daughter to scratch her back directly. All kinds of experiences were...

「A bad attitude of the front desk staff」

「When I checked in, I used the public restroom in the lobby. As a result, an employee jokingly said: It costs $5 per person to use the restroom. There is a fee. Maybe he was joking, or maybe he was teasing, or maybe if other customers were serious, they would think he was really charging... That's really bad...」

「It was a four day vacation trip with my family and it was a very nice place to stay. It was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. They served great hot breakfast every morning. I enjoyed my stay. I will stay here again when I return.」

「For the price, a great hotel. Certainly no 5-star resort but the room was decently clean, a/c was loud but worked very well, & the overnight stay was quiet & uneventful, although the room did vibrate when the train passes by (quietly though: felt kind of like an earthquake but no noise). The lady at the front desk was also nice & helpful—I accidentally booked the wrong room type but she switched us for no additional charge. I know other reviews mentioned not having fridge or microwave but both...
