"No and no. Room was okay but hallways were cluttered with garbage and dirty laundry. No ice in ice machines on many floors. Lots of creeks and cracking in the room when I was trying to rest. "

"Every aspect of my stay was amazing. The Fiore suite is gorgeous. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The room was painted a lovely teal green which gives it a beachy feel. The mattress was good quality but a little firm for my personal liking. My husband loved it since he prefers a former mattress. The pillows were great. The room was clean. My only complaints are that the marble table top was not secured to the table legs which can pose a danger if that were to fall on someone's feet. Also, we couldn't get the remote control to work or the TV to work. I tried calling front desk from the room phone. I followed the instructions on the phone but i couldn't get the call to go through so I called them from my cell phone. They said someone would come in 30 minutes to take a look at the TV but no one ever came and I ended up just going to bed without watching tv. For the price though I do think it was worth the stay. I would stay again. "

"Stayed with my girlfriend for 2 nights . The room was legit and very spacious . Breakfast was decent . I’d stay again. Just didn’t like the 10$ a day parking ? "
