"Everything was great except the elevators they had only 2 elevators for hundreds of people and any time we went up or down we had to wait in a long line."

"Cleanest of the room could be much better. My bedsheets had stains. I had to call housekeeping to change them. Staff were friendly and helpful. If you happened to have food left over from your meal and want to eat it later in your room; just know you will be eating cold food because there is no microwave on the premises as per the staff. Overall my stay was not bad except for what I mentioned above. I would recommend this hotel."

"Have a service dog. This was noted on my reservation. When checking in was asked for my dogs "service dog papers and registration number". I had to repeatedly tell them there is no such thing. Outside area tables looked like someone had vomited on them. Cigarette butts everywhere. Super drunk guy lingering around all night. Wish I knew a Hampton Inn was next door - would have stayed there."

"The room was clean however the shower door was strange room 710 and hard to navigate and get the water adjusted to the right temperature a very far awkward lean. Also fixtures a little outdated. No hooks to hang the wet towels on either. The beds were not made or clean towels given each day. "

"Arrived on a Sunday evening at 7:45 PM, although no one was checking in, we had to wait several minutes for a front desk clerk to arrive. After our check in, we found all restaurants on site closed. The common areas smelt like old fryolator grease. The room itself was clean and nicely appointed. Beds were average in comfort."

"The building has no control the children are running through the halls all night, the parents wasn't no better. The Breakfast Buffet wasn't open like they say. And housekeeping keeping you ask them washcloth they look at as though they don't know what you talking about. The Bell Cap doesn't work during the week time, and you have to struggle to get your luggage to the room. There's no coffee in the rooms unless you get a Suite. "

"The location is gorgeous. So close to Philly, Historic Smithville and Atlantic City. No issue with “things to do” on property or near by. It only gets three stars as I expected a much higher level of customer experience. The hotel was busy! Soccer teams, private parties, golf groups, tourists etc. The room wasn’t ready at check in. There was only one bar tender in packed bar who was also serving the tavern. Worst martini, ever. It was served with crushed ice in it? Room service went to voice mail - tried for thirty minutes and gave up. Called front desk and the Staff manager took our order by text and we had to walk to the front desk to get our order. Hand sanitizer & wipes were empty in the gym. Dark and ambiguous walk back to the hotel from the far self-serve parking lot. 1/2 finished Bar drinks from the night before were still in the ladies bathroom (in the lobby) the next morning. There is a big sign posted “Quiet Hours 10pm - 6am” which was a farce. The two rooms next to us had multiple people visiting and were disturbingly loud which went on well past midnight. The good parts are that the Bed and the linen was exquisite. Good space in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast was nice. Omelette station was excellent as were the amount of healthy food choices. "
