"Room was clean but not spotless. Felt like it needed updating. Very small space considering we booked the Superior Queen. The bathroom was also tiny, I’m only 5’4” but struggled in the shower to move. The bed was the softest mattress I’d ever slept on, caused me backache. Shops nearby are good, boots pharmacy and a Tesco express, alongside the theatre if you’ve booked a show. Parking nearby in Covent Garden so not far to walk to the hotel while carrying luggage. We requested extra towels and milk which were provided within minutes. All of the staff very polite and helpful with any questions. "

"We had to switch rooms bc the window in our first room did not close so we barely got any sleep due to the street noise. We ended up moving to a smaller room but no adjustment to our room charge"
