「great room location restaurant 」

「The room clean and and the pub downstairs is really nice, especially food. It would be good though if they could serve breakfast in the pub but it doesn’t open early enough. It’s a nice area although a little rough around the edges. 」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「I had a lovely stay at this conveniently located hotel. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen and all the necessary utensils, which I greatly appreciated. I particularly liked the design; the sofa seamlessly connects to the bed, creating an interesting and functional layout. However, there were a couple of aspects that could be improved. 「We stayed at the Pan Pacific London to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The spa facilities are amazing, the rooms very comfortable with great views, and the staff overwhelmingly friendly. The breakfast is delicious as well. 」

「We logeerden graag in dit sfeervolle hotel. Het personeel was zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. De kleinschaligheid van het hotel vond ik een groot pluspunt. Met bovendien gezellige bar om de dag af te sluiten. Zoals overal in Londen is er tot laat in de avond en heel vroeg in de ochtend straatlawaai. Ik vond het dus heel attent dat er oordopjes ter beschikking waren. Het dakterras voor de gasten vond ik een leuk extraatje. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig, maar heel lekker en vers. 」
