「Contact prior via Expedia messaging did not work. Host Whatsapp me on day of arrival. Everything at check-in was smooth. We had and issue with smelly shower drains and was sorted promptly. Pretty decent accomodation within walking distance of signa station and 17 min train ride to Florence. My only gripe was cleanliness of the floor could have been better」

「The rooms were very spacious and clean and the beds were vety comfortable. Everybody was so kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. My only regret was not being able to stay another night as we were traveling to Assisi the next day. The locat to Lucca was also perfect and tge drive into the walled city was less than two minutes. I can't say enough great things about our hostess and her mom. They we absolutely sweet and wonderful people. The next time, I will use La Chiuso Delle Monache...
