「Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,...

「Beautiful property in San Cristobal. Our family of 4 had the oceanview room. It was such a joy to watch the sea lions play from the pool. We had a busy vacation so it felt heavenly to rest and relax at the resort for a couple of days. The food was great. We had the breakfast buffet and their poolside menu. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep.
