「Hand soap was very unsanitary and has a lot of flocculent mold inside. Our room was very small. And the shower was so confusing and they didn’t tell us how to use it. Unfortunately no one were there to ask at night when I want to take a shower. It’s unfriendly for English speaker because I can hardly communicate with the staffs. The stairs were so narrow and made it very hard to carry the suitcase upstairs. And this has nothing to do with price, I stayed in another hotel on San Cristóbal island,...

「We only stayed one night, as we were making our way back to Quito. The hotel is lovely and the staff is even better! I can’t believe how much work they do…from taking care of your luggage to taking your order at dinner We also decided to have dinner there and it ws the best sunset venue’.」

「When we arrived the room was as advertised. However, I was hoping for the ocean view with the hammock. Tatiana upgraded us for the rest of our stay. The room was clean. The view lovely. The breakfast is healthy and filling. An assortment of breads, cheeses, granola, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. Not to mention room fresh juices coffee and tea. The staff, especially Tatiana, was super nice and super helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.」

「The breakfast was delicious and served early enough so i could eat before my tour. It is close to town yet tucked away off the main area. The staff are super helpful. Grwat Hostel. The only downside is that the curtains in my room did not quit fully cover the window so it was bright all night.」

「The hotel is located across the street from a space used for concerts, there was a massive concert that went from 7pm to 4am, which is part of an annual celebration. This was never communicated to us and the sound was unbearable, my kids and I had to look for an alternative lodging because they couldn’t sleep. When I asked the staff for a place to buy ear plugs they were very rude and not helpful. The hot water took almost 3 showers to warm up, the bathroom needs an update as it has mold and...

「The outside of the hotel has an eclectic feel with the tropical florals and outer wall cut outs. The room is spacious and basic, with outer balconies including hammocks . Relax beach vibes and close enough to walk to the shoreline where the crabs and sea lions roam in abundance. Service was quick and complimentary breakfast was good.」

A nosotros nunca nos la dieron, así que, te apurabas para llegar o tenías que llamar por teléfono al encargado para que te abriera. Algo importante de señalar, como turista, no siempre cuentas con un celular para hacer llamadas locales, NO SE LES OLVIDE. No estaba segura si mi reservación incluía desayuno...

「Awesome location, across from the beach and near the interpretation center and trails. The rooms were ok with a small fridge (that was very noisy), 20 random channels on a small TV, and comfortable beds. Great customer service when she was around (about half of the time during the day). The view from the balcony was really the best part. We booked and paid online through Expedia but apparently this property didn't get the transfer. Not sure if this was a onetime issue with the worldwide...
