「For the price point this motel was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and the property itself was well kept. It's close to everything you'll want to do in Helen, GA. We expected the breakfast to be only cold items, but were pleasantly surprised by the waffle maker. The kids loved the pool in the evenings after site-seeing. Overall, we'd happily stay here again when we visit Helen, GA.」

「If you just need a place to crash for the night, then this is fine. I will say that the beds are terrible. I woke up with hip pain. Hard as a rock. The linen was clean though. The tv is small and precariously hung on the wall. The shower is adequate, however. The hotel itself seems to attract loud individuals who will be there all night outside, talking loudly. So if quietness is a concern, just don’t stay in Commerce.」

「The staff were very nice , however the rooms were not very clean. The first room I was in had a brown liquid stains above the inside of the room door, as if someone threw coffee up onto the wall. The AC in the room was not great , the room felt muggy . I was switched to another room , no stains on the walls but the couch was full of stains , bathtub was not clean and spots of mold around the tub caulking . Safety was also a concern , several “women of the night” if you get what I’m saying .....

「If you're not afraid of crazy staff, crawling bugs in the room, and super dirty beds and sofas, then come and stay! When I came out of the room, I found a male employee putting his ear against the wall of the guest room and listening to the sounds in each room. I don't know what his purpose was!」

「The property is in a very good location near shops and restaurants; the parking is easy and in front of the rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and quiet but small, although there was room for a fridge. We will stay there in the future.」
