「Recommended this good quality hotel, I stayed for 3 nights, there is no refrigerator in the room, the service and facilities are very good.」

「I wasn't there for long but check-in was super quick and easy, and the staff were lovely and helpful. When guests a few doors down came back at 5am and were loud (for ages!), I rang the reception and they were up in minutes to resolve the situation. Thank you, I really appreciated it!」

「酒店整體整潔、舒適，但行李要自己搬運，如果沒有駕車去，由前門進入是沒有斜板，要抬行李上落樓級，酒店有一部升降台，酒店職員拒絕讓我們使用，說是給輪椅用的。我媽已七十多歲，得我一個女人搬2大l小行李箱，差點滾下樓梯。」

「Great stay! Staff were warm.and friendly, reception smelt amazing, rooms were modern and clean. Only gripe was there were a few 'stains' on bed sheets but it was clear they washed so i was okay with it. A few chips in paint and walls too...needed a bit of re touching. Other than that was great! Brewkfast was yummy! 」

「Hotel is located in city centre with bright nightlife with restaurants and shops nearby, but parking is a big problems though you may park at central station. Room is clean but facilities are old, better with updated renovation.」

「Hotel was great once you got inside not sure about the surroundings . Had a great view of the river from our bedroom. The pillows were so comfortable. Room a bit hot and couldn’t open the window but apart from that it was great would stay there again」

「Great choice for staying the night before an early flight. Rooms are clean and spacious. Complimentary drink and cookie at check in are a really nice touch and very much appreciated. We didn’t use the bar on site as there was a wedding, but it’s close by to a couple of great pubs. 」

「We stayed overnight for my husband’s birthday. Spa treatments were great for each of us and we made use of the pool and jacuzzi for an extra charge. The meal in the Blok was exquisite!! Brandon served us and was very attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. In fact all the staff were friendly and helpful over and above the usual service you find anywhere else. There was plenty of choice at breakfast - well worth the price. The Hotel was tastefully furnished and decorated with quirky...
