Actually we have 3 people, 2 adults and 1 teens and the hotel website haven't family room or 3 people room to book, so I booked a room for 2. But when we arrived, receptionist said the room for us was too small, asked us to add 500 swiss Franc more for 2 nights to upgards the room. No choice because already paid online. 「We got a big room with a small living room. The room was very clean and provided everything including free drinks. The staff and breakfast was very nice. I will definitely come back. 」
