Great location. The staff were extremely nice. The hotel was very informational about Japan culture. The only downside was the Buffet restaurant, it wasn’t that great. But there were plenty of amazing restaurants walking distance.

The staff was so polite and helpful. Felt very secure. Our staff member that welcomed us asked us about our trip and left us a kind personalized message on our second day there wishing good travels to us. Wonderful experience and the rooms with the view were amazing.

Really nice stay for having access to the subways close by. The room was comfortable and small the bathroom was good with excellent amenities. Room was small for 3 people but I guess that is what you expect in Tokyo. Handy 7Eleven store next door. 12 to15mins walk to all stations. Great all in one washing machine and dryer. There are small cafes nearby. Easy to get to all the main tourist areas by train and bus.
