「Though found it difficult to locate hotel for lack of name display due to renovation work going on for 31st and Magh mela. The manager and staff was cooperative n helpful. Hospitality at its best. Excellent quality tasty food made to order. Beautiful n scenic view. Seen peacocks in the resort. I would definitely like to stay there again.」

「Very bad service, I had to wait 2 hrs after reaching hotel before getting the room. Also, I booked the higher category room but didn't get the same. There was no bath tub in my room. But it was mentioned in booking 」

「 They do not have enough mineral water for drinking and despite of paying they are not stocking. They told me shop will open at 7 AM for mineral water and he would get it but when I came back at 7, he told me the shop is right opposite to hotel and I can buy water from them. These people were sleeping on couches in front desk where customers and their guests sit during day time. They just care for their comfort and not customer’s . I think better idea is to include price of drinking water per...
