"Beautiful accommodation with an amazing view. At the end of the Main Street, so very close to the action but not so close to be bothered by the crowds. Tasteful room with lots of thoughtful extras. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Great place to stay."

"We had such a wonderful stay at OA Hotel in Yilan! The location was incredibly convenient, very close to the bus station where we arrived from Taipei and right next to the beach, which was a huge plus. We even got to watch some of the local surfers while we were there. Breakfast each morning was great, with lots of different options, and the staff spoke English, which was really helpful. Everyone was so kind and welcoming throughout our stay. Taiwanese hospitality really is something special. The rooftop onsen was also a really nice touch. My only wish is that it opened a little earlier than 4 PM so we could have enjoyed it during the hottest part of the afternoon, but we still loved having it. My favorite part of the entire property was being able to wake up in the morning, walk over to the beach, and watch the sunrise. It was honestly one of the most beautiful sunrises I’ve ever seen. Our balcony also had gorgeous views of the mountains, so you really get the best of both. The staff also went above and beyond for us after checkout. We left in a rush and later realized we had forgotten our swimsuits that we had left out to dry. The hotel found them and kindly shipped them back to where we were staying in Taipei, which we really appreciated. Between the beach, mountain views, rooftop onsen, convenient location, and genuinely wonderful staff, we had such a memorable stay. I would definitely come back!"

"Everything is good. But one thing I don’t feel good is I was required to upload my passport image as part of the check in process. I don’t feel comfortable to share this private information via an uploaded. I don’t know how do they use my information. Not sure if they will delete any of my private information from their end. This process makes me nervous."

"Such a cozy place to stay! The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming. We loved the nearby hikes and only wish we could have stayed longer. They even helped cart our bags down to the bus when we left. Highly recommend!"

"A beautiful, modern property in an oceanfront setting. Many of the rooms offer fantastic ocean views, and the hotel is conveniently close to plenty of great local seafood restaurants. Other than that, there is nothing much nearby (meaning no convenience stores, snack places, etc...). The front desk, pool, and facilities teams were warm and helpful throughout our stay. The restaurant and dining staff were polite, though service felt slightly below standard for a 4-star-plus property. The breakfast buffet, which was super busy and packed with people, was decent and covered the basics, even if nothing particularly stood out. A thoughtful highlight is the abundant lounge seating across the property, making it comfortable to relax and wait if you arrive well before check-in time."
