「Positives: Excellent staff that are extremely polite and helpful. Location is excellent with everything you need (beach, restaurants and stores) close by. Plenty of unique storage areas to house whatever you bring. Negatives: Steps to bedroom are downright scary, The handrail is to the inside instead of the outside, and very difficult to navigate. We left a night early to avoid using them. Internet is awful. TV disconnects every 10 minutes and is impossible to watch. Lots of small inexpensive...

「The room was very clean and well maintained/new. Staff was friendly and helpful. The air conditioner was great. The room we stayed at had lots of accessories for the beach like chairs and kid’s toys for the beach along with an umbrella. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. It was a great experience overall.」

「Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Way too much money for what it’s worth. The room was very small there was no ice at all on the property. It was hard to communicate with anyone to get extra towels or clean towels. Also someone popped in the pool and it took them all day to clean it and when they did clean it they didn’t add chemicals to the pool to sanitize it. I can see now why this is a one star hotel」
