「The room is clean and provides adequate space by Japanese standards.」

「The location is convenient to Hakata Station. The lobby is impressive, with lovely books and interior design, and the music is tasteful. The staff are helpful. Unfortunately, the room we booked was 行政雙床房, 非吸煙房 (Episode 1, with Club Lounge Access). It is spacious, but it's on the second floor and faces the back of the building, so it gets no sunlight and remains very dark even during the day. The toilet is very small, and the shower curtain smells unpleasant.」

「雖然係自助Check in, 但係指示清晰, Check in check out程序簡易方便。

「Good location, clean and tidy, nice service and support.」

「Good in general. It is suggested to improve lighting in particular the lift lobby area.」

「Everything is perfect. Only weakness is the high price😆😆😆 I can not stay too many nights here」

「Good 」

「Staff was impatient and actually a bit rude to say the least. The toilet is tiny and almost imposssible to turn around.」
