前の公園（今泉公園）の声が一晩中うるさかった。床が波打っていて不快。入口付近にいろいろなものが置かれていて入りずらい。写真で示された部屋と違い、かなり狭く裏切り的。見た目は決してきれいではない。エレベーター表示がなかったため、重い荷物を運ぶのがたいへんだった。あまりいいところはなかった。

部屋はペンキなどの塗り替えをしてあるが、建物じたいが古く下水か何かの匂いが気になった。脱衣所、洗面がないのは不便。シャワーホースが折れるとお湯が止まり水になる。 この部屋に行く前に別の駅の管理事務所にIDのコピーを持ってチェックインの手続きをしなくてはならず手間だった。

お風呂のシャワーが使いにくく、ホースが折れてお湯が出にくくなるのは困った。 ケトルはあったので、浄水が出てたらいいなと思いました。 ハンガーラックがあるとありがたい。 トータルではこの価格でゆっくり大きな不自由なく過ごせたので助かりました！

Check in 的地方在博多車站附近的Key base，距離實際住宿地點約15分鐘車程，有點麻煩跟不方便且多花時間跟車錢，還好check out 不用再回到key base。房間在4樓，沒有樓梯、有一點隱密的藏在公寓裡面。交通方便，距離西鐵天神站、Bic camera大約走路5分鐘，超商走路3分鐘，樓下有幾間餐廳和商店，附近很多咖啡廳和餐廳。

위치가 정말 좋았어요! 생각보다 방도 엄청 작지도 않고 나름 아늑했어요. 다만, 화장실 냄새가 좀 나고 바닥에 무엇인가 묻어있어 찝찝한 부분이 있었어요. 엘리베이터가 없어서 그것도 힘들긴했어요. 그치만 위치가 너무 좋아서 다음에 또 이용할거에요

화장실 앞에 감시카메라 있는거 발견해서 구글링해봤더니 다른 고객도 이에 대해서 불편하다는 피드백을 했는데도 여전히 남겨둔게 의문. 더 화나는건 사전에 카메라 이야기는 전혀 안했음. 방범용이라지만 그냥 몰카찍힌 것 같아서 매우 불쾌했음.

생각보다 넓어서 좋았다 무엇보다 위치가 텐진 중심지여서 너무 좋았다!! 허나 숙소가 5층이어서 굉장히 올라가고ㅠ내려오는대 버거윰이 있었고 채크인을 하카타에서 해야되는ㄴ 버거윰이 있었다.

여자 혼자 다녀왔습니다!

여자 혼자 후쿠오카 여행하면서 3박4일동안 머문 숙소입니다! 갑작스럽게 떠난 여행이어서 저렴한 호텔이나 마음에 드는 숙소가 없었는데, 찾다가 발견해서 그냥 예약해버렸어요. 에어비앤비는 아닌거 같고, 주인분이 방을 호텔(?) 식으로 운영하시는 것 같아요. 그 방 비울때, 문고리에 청소해달라고 걸어놓고 가면 해주는것처럼 걸어놓고 나가면 매일 룸클린도 되는거 같고.. 전 그래도 무서운게 좀 있어서 그냥 안했어요.^^;; 사실 많이 불안했어요. 혼자가는여행이기도 했고, 후기도 없고, 주인이름이나 정보가 나와있는게 없어서요. 결론만 말씀드리면 걱정안하셔도 돼요! 혼자 묵기에는 정말 충분한 숙소입니다! 좁게는 2명도 가능할 것 같은데, 3명까진 많이 좁을것같구요ㅎㅎ 제가 발걸음이 좀 빠른 편이긴 한데, 제 기준에서 숙소 앞에 밥집, 이자카야, 디저트집 걸어서 1분(?)도 안걸릴 정도로 가까이 있고, 편의점(패밀리마트) 3분거리? 돈키호테, 이치란라멘 5분, 텐진고속버스터미널(미나미역) 7분거리, 텐진역(파르코백화점)10분거리.. 하카타역 한 15-20분? 그냥 위치가 정말 너무너무너무 좋은 숙소에요! 그리고..주인분 침대 매트리스 뭐쓰시는지 ^^.. 정말 집에 가져가고싶었습니다. ㅋㅋㅋ 넘 폭신. 따뜻한 물도 잘나오고, 에어컨 약간 시원찮긴한데, 쓸만해요^^ 단점은, 4층에 머물렀는데 엘레베이터가 없다는점, 사진에 나와있는것보다 작다는 점! 방에 작은 손거울 밖에 없고, 세탁기 있다고 나와있는데 세탁기는 없어요! 세탁세제만 있더라구요^^.. 샴푸,린스,바디워시는 있고 폼클렌징이나 치약, 물 이런건 편의점에서 구매해야해요. 에어비앤비와 호텔 그 중간쯤의 숙소인 것 같습니다^^ 혼자나 둘이여행하기엔 좋은 숙소이니 전 추천해요. 무서워서 첫날, 둘째날 푹 못잤는데 다시가면 아주 푹 잘거같네요ㅋㅋㅋㅋ
