"Have stayed before and enjoyed this time again, The food was excellent as always and our requests were taken care of no issues. I noticed a few tiles missing out the pool which was not consistent with the rest of the Hotel. The pool bar staff were quite grumpy and ignorant- this may not have been intentional but chatting with colleagues whist serving customers is rude and slows down the already very slow Barcelo process for ordering a beer! Noticed the gym has new kit which was a nice surprise as it had been poor for a couple of years."

"Room was clean and comfortable but the hotel could do with an upgrade .. ie glass lifts can see all the dust from above .. I did like the the designated English tv channels on tv "

"Very kid friendly and they were having a great time. It was a long walk to most places like the pool or restaurant from our room. "

"Food was wonderful! Rooms were slightly dated and could use a coat of paint. Staff were extremely courteous. Entertainment was delightful. Overall grounds were lovely. Right on the beach."

"I had a room with views of the city and the mountains although i could see the sea by looking left through a gap.The10th Floor roof top pool and sky bar is a great place to relax with plenty of comfortable seating and loungers. Hotel overall is very nice and i have stayed there 4 times now and would go again."
