「The staff were very helpful from start to checkout, everyone seemed to go out of their way to make it a great experience. We were always able to get a cart ride to and from our room when we didn’t feel like walking, the taxis were always available out in front, we used the shuttle to Coki and Coral world. 「Wonderful hotel. Be prepared to take a taxi everywhere you want to go. You can use the sister hotel Buoy House next door. the staff is extremely friendly. Our room was spectacular and so was the view. I loved the infinity pool. 」

「Stayed with friends in a two bedroom suite. Customer service was excellent, very quick and efficient. Bartender was pleasant as well, very beautiful scenery as well. I will definitely stay again.」

「Really enjoyed my stay! Close to downtown, friendly staff and clean accommodations. Even though I brought my cleaning wipes, towels and disposable bedding, the place was clean. I walked around in socks and they didn’t pick up the usual dirt like other places I’ve stayed. I will be back😍」

「The king size bed in the room was old with the hump in the middle. The room housekeeping was erratic, a couple of days no housekeeping, a few once a day and a few twice a day. Cleaning of the room was superficial, no cleaning of patio.
We did not use the spa.The fittness room was nice but the steam room is at the spa.」

「Our condo and the property and staff were amazing. We had a wonderful time. We also recommend renting the dinghy boats next to the condo. My husband and I rented a 15ft and it handled wonderfully. We snorkled at John and it was wonderful.」
