「The reception at night didn’t give a clear instruction on how we park our car when we already arrived very late. He can’t speak English very well so we can’t communicate smoothly. Also, the reception at daytime was not keen in answering our questions, which was not we expect for a “four-star” hotel.」

「Loved everything. The breakfast is a must. The staff are sweet. The location is absolutely perfect and the rooms are very nice. The one issue is the music in the courtyard restaurant and bar, which gets louder on Friday and Saturday night. The windows block the noise very well, so on weeknights it wasn't an issue. But Friday and Saturday they turned it up further and it interfered with our sleep. It is a pity that a 5 star hotel prioritizes the weekend fun for locals over paying travelers...

「Great stay of excellent value. We had our room upgraded to superior room which was very big. Quiet and elegant hotel at the urban oasis of Stockholm with historic background. Breakfast was good - we also came back for dinner in one of the evenings which was impressive. Highly recommended.」

「wonderful location of the hotel. breakfast was fine. The position of the air-conditioner in the penthouse is right above the head on the left and somehow it had some strange noise. Had to sleep with the air-con off for several nights. Fortunately it was not too hot. Knew the room was fairly small when booking, not complaining, just left the luggage on the plank in the toilet and covered it with a raincoat bought from a museum . Problem solved. Couldn't leave it on the floor due to knee problems....
