「They charged three more days room fee without my permission when I lived in this hotel period, and I proved receipts to them what I paid when I checked in because I was checking my credit card bill. It's a mistake, and they're keep ignoring this issue. It's not a good attitude and service. 」

「We have living in second floor of Classic Studio. Hotel provides 4 bottles of soft drinks and 1 bottle of water and wine. It is generous with those treats. Staff are very helpful when we ask for electric kettle as there is misleading information provided by Expedia that electric kettle is available in Classic Studio, but unfortunately, it is wrong. Staff provided their electric kettle from staff pantry. Of course, we said no and thanks. Room is clean, we would take bus or train by walking 3-5...

「Die Unterkunft war toll, der digitale Check In war leider katastrophal. Auch wenn bei der Hotline und im digitalen Chat alle nett waren, hat es fast 24h gedauert, bis wir unsere PIN hatten, es gab keine Rezeption vor Ort und am Ende war unsere Unterkunft doppelt belegt. Wie das passieren kann, wo doch alles DIGITAL ist und wir ja schon am Vortag den Check In machen mussten, ist mir ein Rätsel. Unser erster Urlaubstag war komplett ruiniert, weil wir trotz Check In am Vortag von 11:00-15:00h mit...
