Comfort Suites Fresno River Park
Room is clean and larger than I expected. Front desk staff was very friendly, let us check in early and greeted us with a smile every time we went through the lobby.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites River Park by IHG
Room and rest of hotel was clean, staff was for the most part courteous. Water pressure was somewhat below expectations, but not a deal killer. Decent value related to overall cost of accommodations.
